SYNERGIE reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of €917.2 million, up 11.2% compared with the same period in 2025 (+2.4% on a like-for-like basis). For the first nine months of the year, revenue amounted to €2,627.7 million, representing a growth of 9.1% (+2.3% at constant scope and exchange rates). International revenue increased by +19.0% in the third quarter (+4.6% on a like-for-like basis). In Northern and Eastern Europe, revenue rose by +11.3% (-1.0% on a like-for-like basis), supported by the integration of the Swiss operations acquired during the year, while on a like-for-like basis activity remained affected by a subdued economic environment. Outside Europe, revenue benefited from the integration of Agilus in Canada.
In France, revenue amounted to €316.0 million in the third quarter, broadly stable compared with the same period in 2025 (-1.2%). In an economic environment that remains complex, the Group’s operations continue to demonstrate resilience.

Supported by the resilience of its business model and the diversification of its activities, the Group remains confident in its ability to sustain its growth trajectory.
