This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all advertisers who engage with Business Headline, our news media portal, for branded content and advertising services. Please read this policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding cancellation and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy:
1.2. Business Headline reserve the right to cancel any branded content placement/advertisement at our discretion, without providing a reason. In such cases, we will promptly notify the advertiser and issue a full refund for the content placement/advertisement.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1. Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation request is received before the branded content has been published. In such cases, we, Business Headline, will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
3.1. Modifications to an advertisement or branded content can be requested within the first 30 days of publication. After this period, no further modifications will be allowed.
3.2. Business Headline reserve the right to modify an article or advertisement on our portal if necessary, such as for editorial purposes or to comply with legal requirements. However, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the advertiser of any significant changes made.
