India’s fine jewellery brand GIVA has raised more than $100 million in a funding round led by Multiples Alternate Asset Management, along with its co-investors. The fresh investment will support the company’s ambitious expansion plans, including strengthening manufacturing capabilities, increasing its retail footprint and scaling its omnichannel business operations.
According to a company press release, GIVA aims to expand its retail network to more than 1,000 outlets over the next three to five years. The investment comes as the jewellery brand looks to strengthen its position in India’s rapidly growing organised jewellery market.
GIVA Targets 1,000 Retail Stores in Three to Five Years
GIVA currently operates more than 400 stores across India and Sri Lanka, with a presence in both Tier I and Tier II markets. The company has built its business through a combination of company-owned retail stores, its direct-to-consumer (D2C) website and third-party e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
With the latest capital infusion, the company plans to accelerate its offline expansion while strengthening its digital sales channels. Increasing manufacturing capabilities will also be a key priority as GIVA prepares to serve a larger customer base.
The company also intends to strengthen its leadership team to support its next phase of growth and improve operational capabilities.
GIVA’s Revenue Reaches ₹865 Crore in FY26
GIVA has reported strong business growth over the past few years. According to the company, it recorded a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 70% over the last three years, ending FY26 with revenue of approximately ₹865 crore.
The growth reflects increasing consumer demand for contemporary jewellery offerings and the company’s expanding presence across online and offline retail channels.
However, the company’s latest FY26 financial statements are yet to be filed.
For FY25, GIVA reported operating revenue of ₹518 crore, representing an 89% year-on-year increase. Its losses, however, also increased by 22% to ₹72 crore during the same financial year.
GIVA’s Funding Journey: Over $258 Million Raised
The latest funding round adds to GIVA’s growing fundraising history. The company has raised more than $258 million to date through multiple investment rounds.
In February 2026, GIVA raised ₹110 crore, approximately $12 million, in a Series C extension round led by HPV CC1 Ltd.
The company also raised $28 million in debt in May 2026. This earlier debt financing could be part of the overall funding activity associated with the latest investment round, although the exact structure has not been independently confirmed.
The fresh capital is expected to provide additional financial resources for GIVA’s retail expansion, manufacturing investments and business growth strategy.
Founded in 2019, GIVA Expands Jewellery Portfolio
Founded in 2019 by Ishendra Agarwal, GIVA has developed a jewellery portfolio spanning sterling silver, gold and lab-grown diamonds.
The brand primarily targets consumers looking for contemporary jewellery designs across different price segments. Its business model combines digital-first customer acquisition with an expanding physical retail presence.
By increasing its store count and strengthening its manufacturing infrastructure, GIVA aims to improve its market reach and build a stronger presence in India’s organised jewellery industry.
GIVA Faces Competition From Established and Emerging Brands
GIVA operates in an increasingly competitive jewellery market, where both established players and new-age brands are expanding their presence.
Its competitors include BlueStone, CaratLane, Melorra, Candere and Tanishq. The company also faces competition from emerging jewellery brands such as Palmonas, Jewelbox, Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds, Fiona Diamonds and Firefly Diamonds.
As more brands invest in digital platforms, retail expansion and contemporary jewellery designs, competition for customers is expected to intensify.
What Lies Ahead for GIVA?
The latest investment marks an important development in GIVA’s growth journey. Its target of crossing 1,000 retail outlets within three to five years highlights the company’s focus on building a large omnichannel jewellery business.
The ability to maintain its strong revenue growth, improve profitability and efficiently manage its expanding retail network will be important factors in determining its long-term business performance.
With more than $258 million raised to date and a retail footprint already exceeding 400 stores, GIVA is positioning itself for its next phase of expansion in India’s competitive jewellery market.
