Management Commentary
Chairman and MD Ajay Singh called the results a “significant turnaround,” marking the company’s first full-year profit in seven years.
“SpiceJet has delivered a strong set of results, marking a significant turnaround in our operational and financial performance… We are now well-positioned for sustainable growth with a strengthened balance sheet, continued network expansion, and renewed investor trust,” said Singh.
On the ongoing fleet revival, Singh acknowledged delays due to global supply chain and engine overhaul challenges, but stated that momentum is building, thanks to partnerships with StandardAero and Carlyle Aviation.

Singh expressed condolences for the recent Air India crash in Ahmedabad, saying,
“This heartbreaking tragedy has deeply affected us all… The entire aviation community stands together in this moment of grief.”
