GOAT Life Raises Rs 1.6 Cr More in Pre-Seed, Eyes Quick-Commerce Expansion

Breakfast-focused D2C brand GOAT Life has secured an additional Rs 1.6 crore, extending its pre-seed round to Rs 2.7 crore total. Existing investor D2C Insider Super Angels led the tranche, joined by Consumer Collective by Atrium and angels like Vikram Ahuja, Akash Gupta, and Dhruv Kohli.

The fresh capital targets distribution growth on quick-commerce platforms including Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart, new flavor launches, and supply chain scaling. Founded in 2023 by Yash Kalra, the Kota-based startup specializes in ready-to-eat, high-protein oats free of refined sugar, preservatives, or artificial flavors. It rebranded from GoOAT in 2025 and eyes expansion into protein cookies and powders.

GOAT Life reports monthly revenue surging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 65 lakh recently, with 70% from D2C channels, the rest via marketplaces and quick-commerce. Founder-led marketing, limited-edition drops, and Kalra’s Pitch Please appearance with Rahul Dua have boosted visibility.

The brand competes with MiHeSo, Pintola, Alpino, Supertums, and True Elements in India’s growing healthy breakfast segment. This funding fuels its ambition to capture quick-commerce demand amid rising consumer preference for convenient, nutritious options.
