By subscribing to any package or service, you agree to these terms in full. All decisions are final, and we reserve the right to enforce them without exception.
Submission Requirements for Coverage
To get an event or announcement covered under Business Headline:
You must provide your official Press Release directly to our editorial team via the designated email: editorial@businessheadline.com
We cannot verify unofficial or incomplete submissions, and any press release without proper official branding or credentials will be rejected without notice.
No Edits Post-Publication
Once published, no edits, amendments, or takedowns will be made after 30 minutes from the publication timestamp.
This ensures content integrity and prevents disruptions to our platform and audience.
Cancellation and Refund Rules by Package Value
Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to strict deductions to cover administrative, processing, and opportunity costs. Once payment is received, services are deemed activated, and credits are our primary resolution tool.
Packages below ₹10,000
No refunds available under any circumstances.
Options: (1) Proceed with publication of your Press Release, or (2) Withdraw your subscription (no further action taken).
Packages ₹10,000 to ₹50,000
You may request cancellation before publication.
Refund: 25% of the amount (75% deducted as processing fee).
No refunds after publication.
Packages above ₹50,000
You may request cancellation before publication.
Refund: 80% of the amount (20% deducted as processing fee).
No refunds the first press release publication.
Important Notes:
No refunds after payment confirmation unless the above criteria are met exactly. We issue credits instead, valid for 30 days from your written cancellation email to contact@businessheadline.com.
Credits cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or extended.
All requests must be submitted in writing via your official email id and proof of payment.
Processing takes 7-10 business days; bank charges are non-refundable.
Payment Security
We never request payments to personal accounts, unofficial wallets, or third-party links.

General Terms
This policy supersedes any verbal agreements, agreements done one mail or through any social media platform. Because this is an official Policy which the company follows.
Disputes will be governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We may update this policy anytime but the agreement done on paper with authorized signatory’s signature will remain same for the entire period of the agreement else communication made through any electronic form might change anytime; continued use implies acceptance.
