India’s Startup Ecosystem Takes Center Stage at Startup Mahakumbh 2025

In a significant move to accelerate India’s vision for Startup India @ 2047: Unfolding the Bharat Story, the organizing committee of Startup Mahakumbh, supported by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), has announced an evening of innovation and entrepreneurship at Vanijya Bhawan, Delhi.

A Global Gathering for Innovation and Entrepreneurship

The event will welcome delegates from over 50 countries and set the stage for the grand second edition of Startup Mahakumbh. It provides a unique opportunity to witness the scale and ambition of India’s largest startup congregation. The second edition of Startup Mahakumbh is scheduled to take place at Bharat Mandapam from April 3-5, 2025.

Driving India Towards a Self-Reliant and Innovation-Driven Future

Positioned as a landmark initiative, Startup Mahakumbh 2025 aims to drive India towards becoming a self-reliant and innovation-driven Viksit Bharat by 2047. The event will feature sectoral pavilions dedicated to cutting-edge industries such as AI, Deeptech & Cybersecurity, HealthTech & BioTech, AgriTech, Climate Tech, Incubators & Accelerators, D2C, FinTech, Gaming & Sports, B2B & Precision Manufacturing, Defence & Space Tech, and Mobility. Each pavilion will showcase exhibitions, conference sessions, masterclasses, pitching opportunities, and roundtables, providing global exposure and fostering collaboration for Indian startups.

About Startup Mahakumbh

Startup Mahakumbh is a first-of-its-kind event designed to bring together India’s entire startup ecosystem, including startups, investors, incubators, accelerators, and industry leaders. The event is spearheaded by FICCI, ASSOCHAM, IVCA, NASSCOM, and Bootstrap Advisory & Foundation, with the support of SIDBI, GEM, ECGC, and DPIIT Startup India.

The highly anticipated second edition of Startup Mahakumbh follows the resounding success of its inaugural edition, which attracted over 48,581 business visitors, engaged with 1,306 exhibitors, and hosted over 300 incubators and accelerators. The event also saw participation from 200+ leading angel investors, venture capitalists, and family offices.
