Mohammad Shami reached 100 wickets in the Indian Premier League on Friday in Ahmedabad, during the Gujarat Titans’ match against the Chennai Super Kings.
After getting rid of Devon Conway in the first game of the season against CSK, the dangerous Indian bowler Shami gave the home team its first wicket, which put early pressure on Dhoni’s team.This was also the pacer’s 100th wicket in the Indian Premier League.
Shami is in his second year with the Gujarat Titans. He was signed in the super auction of 2022 for Rs. 6.25 crores and took 20 wickets in his first season. Shami is also the first bowler to get a wicket in the IPL 2023.
