Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) announced on April 14 that its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023, would be released on April 21 (Friday).
“… meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 21, 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2023.,” the oil-to-telecom-to-chemical conglomerate said in a regulatory filing.
RIL also said that the company’s financial figures would be presented to analysts and the media on the same day as the meeting.
Meanwhile, RIL shares finished 0.39 percent lower on the BSE on April 13 at Rs 2,355.65. The Indian stock exchange was closed on April 14 to commemorate Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Jayanti.
RIL recorded a consolidated net profit of Rs 17,806 crore for the third quarter of FY23, a 13.30 percent year-on-year (YoY) decrease. Profit after tax increased by 0.6 percent year on year, excluding the effect of an unusual item that lifted the bottom line in 3QFY22.
The combined gross revenue for the quarter climbed by 14.8% to Rs 2.4 lakh crore as compared to the same time last year.
