On Shehnaaz Gill’s programme, Desi Vibes, the episode in which Shehnaaz Gill’s mentor BK Shivani will be featured is scheduled to broadcast this coming Saturday (June 3). The actress gave her Instagram followers a glimpse inside her chat with BK Shivani by posting a snippet of it.
During his conversation with Shehnaaz, BK Shivani discussed manifestation, spirituality, and the ways in which one should approach criticism and admiration in an equal manner. BK Shivani said Shehnaaz, “Ninda, Stuti ek samaan… means If you get criticism or appreciation then it should be looked at as the same. It should be like a pendulum on the clock, right at the centre. If it moves higher towards one side when one is appreciated, then when anyone criticises you, it will move in the other direction as well.”
Shehnaaz questioned BK Shivani about her thoughts on the efficacy of manifestation. “Manifest karoge toh aapko milengi cheezein (If we manifest things, will we get them)?”
BK Shivani replied, “If your intentions are pure while manifesting something then it will definitely happen.” The word “Brahma” refers to the creative process, so whatever it is that you want to bring into the world, now is the time to do it. Our path is not about the physical body; rather, it is focused on the “Aatma” that resides inside each of us. Since ancient times, Satvik, Tamsik, and Rajsik have been a part of Indian spirituality, which is described in the phrase “Jaisa anna vaisa mann.”
She went on to discuss spirituality some more and give Shehnaaz some advice on it. BK Shivani added, “Spirituality means a personality which is attached with its soul consciousness. Kisiko bhi bina mehnat kuch nahi mil sakta.”

Ken Ferns, who is a friend of Shehnaaz and a designer, added his two cents to the conversation by remarking, “The last line.”
