HDFC Bank net banking, mobile banking app down at some locations

Many consumers have complained about difficulty utilising India’s top private lender HDFC Bank’s net banking service and mobile banking app. Services are unavailable in some areas. Customers of HDFC Bank turned to social media to report the problem, claiming that they were unable to login.

Several users took to Twitter to complain about being unable to conduct any transactions for more than two hours, while others complained about getting locked out of the app repeatedly. Importantly, most employees are set to receive their paychecks today, as it is the last day of the month.

HDFC Bank didn’t replied to media’s queries.

While the bank did not comment on their systems being down, the lender did apologise for the situation and the problems it created. “We apologies on behalf of HDFC Bank for your inconvenience. Please contact us at 63718-51146 for any issues that have caused you difficulty. in order to better help you, “HDFC Bank responded to user tweets.

According to DownDetector, 726 complaints were recorded by 12:34 p.m., with the most common being online banking (57%), online login (25%), and mobile banking (17 per cent).
